2. The website is open to everyone and you may access some areas of the website without the need of registering your details with us.
3. Accessing the website means you have agreed the terms and conditions outlined on this page; however, you shall leave this website immediately if you do not accept our terms and conditions.
4. YES NO SOLUTIONS is a free non-profit online initiative does not undertake any purchase or selling or donation transaction with any person.
5. You should be registered NGO or Corporate already catering recycling support through collecting bins to register as a Partner
6. A Partner must have the authorised permit such as Business Registration Number (BRN) or NGO’s Card to register as a Partner on the Portal.
7. YES NO SOLUTIONS strives to deal with reputable partners that recycling bins assistance, however, we shall take no responsibility for the collection of PET, HDPE, Can and Paper or maintenance of any collecting bins. It is your responsibility to put each recyclable in their selective bins.
8. It important that you check all the details that you have entered are correct. Failing to do so, may lead to confusions and misunderstandings on the geo localisation of the recycling bins.
9. Anyone misusing this website for any other purpose other than that stated will be prosecuted with respect to Mauritian Laws.
10. Any advertisement on the website pertaining to the initiative is free. YES NO SOLUTIONS does not charge any fee to any partner on the website.
